About CCLA
Conexiones Culturales de Latinoamérica (Cultural Connections Latin America) is a collaborative network that connects music industry professionals in the Latin American region. With partners throughout the region, CCLA is comprised of festival programmers and venues, as well as artistic representation agencies and music event producers, from both public and private organizations.
Founded in April 2020 – in the midst of the pandemic – the network aims to create spaces for dialogue that will strengthen professional links, lead to greater visibility for contemporary music creation, promote artistic mobility in the region, multiply business opportunities for music and favor the professional development of the sector, through the exchange of best practices and the creation of specific collaborative projects.
We believe in the power of culture – especially music – to achieve sustainable development, as it promotes economic growth, social and political development, benefiting various productive sectors of society.
